DatacenterNext joins Total Specific Hosting and will continue to grow together with Vancis
IT outsourcing company DatacenterNext has reached agreement with TSH to become part of this group of cooperating Dutch managed hosting & services companies. By joining TSH, DatacenterNext reaches the scale and broadening of services offering to further extend its customer proposition. With this transaction, DatacenterNext takes the next step in its growth and will accelerate the realization of its strategy in the coming years.
“Companies and their IT departments are finding it increasingly difficult to keep track of IT and business innovations and apply these efficiently in their company. By offering a clear-cut solution for the IT challenges that companies face, DatacenterNext has doubled its turnover in a few years”, says Arnold Juffer (Founder of DatacenterNext). “By collaborating with TSH, we can further improve our services while maintaining the IT strategy-oriented approach and agility of DatacenterNext. As such, this partnership truly creates a ‚best of both worlds‘ structure to enable the further growth of the company.“
For TSH, this is the third acquisition since its inception after the NEH acquisition in October 2018. TSH has a long-term investment horizon and aims to continue the current strong organic growth of its portfolio companies and achieve acquisitive growth by adding other leading IT outsourcing companies to the group. Strikwerda Investments, a Dutch family investment fund with a strong track record in the IT sector, acquires a majority stake in DatacenterNext through its portfolio company TSH. The remaining shares remain with its founder Arnold Juffer, who continues his current role within DatacenterNext and will use his knowledge and network for the further development of TSH.
