Learning & Development Lead at Your.Cloud
Your role
As a Learning & Development (L&D) Lead at Your.Cloud, you will ensure that our 500+ Customer Support employees grow and excel.
You will design, direct and supervise various long-term learning programs that directly contribute to our mission and vision. You play a crucial role in strengthening the knowledge, skills, attitude and behavior of our employees so they can perform optimally in a constantly changing environment. You work on several L&D programs simultaneously, both on knowledge and on skills and behavior. You will ensure that our L&D programs are well aligned with Your.Cloud’s strategic goals and the development of our employees and our culture. In doing so, through continuous coaching, you ensure that training is guaranteed, your knowledge is transferred, and concrete results are achieved.
Working together for success
In this dynamic role at Your.Cloud, you will work closely with the business performance team and Customer Support Leads, seniors and staff across the Your.Cloud companies. As an essential link in our network, you will promote the development and implementation of our L&D strategy and vision within Customer Support. You will initiate and lead innovative learning programs that not only improve performance, but also make progress and results visible.
Coaching is a crucial part of your role. You not only coach individual employees, but also support team leaders in strengthening a robust L&D culture within their teams. Moreover, you will work with experts in Operational Excellence, Commercial, Technology, HR and Marketing, contributing to a holistic approach to learning and development within the organization.
The right candidate
You are an experienced and creative L&D professional with a passion for developing people.
Program management of long-term multidisciplinary learning programs is familiar territory for you. You have strong analytical skills and know how to translate strategic goals into concrete learning solutions. You are communicatively strong and can work well with different stakeholders within the organization. Furthermore, you are able to work independently. You have experience in a customer contact work environment which enables you to realize results from learning programs within Customer Support departments.

About you
- HBO/WO (Bachelor or Master’s degree) working and thinking level
- Minimum 7 years of work experience in a similar role with focus on L&D
- Experience in developing learning programs
- Experience in delivering training to groups
- Coaching and analytical skills
- Experience in customer contact, preferably from customer support, is a plus
