Following the successful transformation of abtis from a classic system house to one of the most modern full-service Microsoft MSPs, abtis is pursuing the ambitious goal of building the leading MSP family in Germany and the wider DACH region together with Your.Cloud. After expanding the group portfolio with two investments in the areas of Data/AI (Ceteris AG) and ERP/CRM (abtis Business Solutions), abtis was looking for a strategic partner to jointly accelerate the group’s organic and inorganic growth ambitions. abtis found what it was looking for in Your.Cloud.
