Contact form
The contact form allows you to ask us questions or make requests.
To do this, we use your name and address, telephone number and e-mail address. We do this based on your consent, by providing us this information. We store the submitted form for 6 months after submission and delete the submission after this term or earlier if you request us to do so.
Advertising
We would like to send you advertising about offers and new products or services. We do this:

Provision to other companies or institutions
We provide your personal data to other companies or institutions only if it is necessary for our service or if we are required to do so by law (for example, if the police require it in case of suspected crime).

Our service uses cookies for functional, analytical and tracking purposes. Cookies are small files where we can store information so that you do not have to fill it in every time. But they also allow us to see that you are visiting us again.
When you first visit our service, we display a message explaining cookies. You need to define your preferences on which cookies to enable through the consent manager upon your visit to our website.
You can disable the setting of cookies through your browser and the consent manager in the bottom left of our website, but some things about our service will then no longer work properly.

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to track how visitors use our service. We have a processing agreement with Google. This contains strict agreements about what they are allowed to track. We allow Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. We do not allow Google to anonymize IP addresses.
Leadinfo
We use the a service provided by Leadinfo B.V., Rotterdam, The Netherlands, which recognizes visits of companies to our website based on IP addresses and shows us related publicly available information, such as company names or addresses. In addition, Leadinfo places two first-party cookies for providing transparency on how our visitors use our website and the tool processes domains from provided form inputs (e.g. “leadinfo.com”) to correlate IP addresses with companies and to enhance its services. For additional information, please visit www.leadinfo.com. On this page: www.leadinfo.com/en/opt-out you have an opt-out option. In the event of an opt-out, your data will no longer be used by Leadinfo.

Applications via our website
On our website, you can apply for open positions via an online form. Here you enter your personal data and can upload your CV and cover letter along with it. This data is stored for use in evaluating your application.
The information that you submit to us via the website will be deleted from our files 1 year after you submit the form. If you would like this data to be deleted earlier, please let us know at info@your.cloud.
Filing a complaint
If you feel that we are not helping you in the right way, you have the right to file a complaint with the regulator. This is called the Personal Data Authority.
