Kenny Schoute on personal growth, peer support, and staying ahead in a fast-moving market
OfficeGrip joined Your.Cloud in 2021. Since then, founder Mitch Dubbeling grew on to be Portfolio Director at Your.Cloud. This gave Kenny Schoute the room and opportunity to grow in to the role of Managing Director.
For Kenny Schoute, becoming Managing Director at OfficeGrip wasn’t the end of the journey—it was the beginning of something bigger. Joining Your.Cloud gave him the tools, data, and peer support to lead more confidently in a fast-evolving market.

Like most MSPs, OfficeGrip faces constant changes—from AI to evolving customer expectations.
“The most challenging part of my position as Managing Director is the constantly changing market we must adapt to,” Kenny explains. “Think about AI, which is now rapidly emerging. Our customers are interested in the possibilities AI brings, so we must address it.”
“We always need to stay one step ahead to keep our customers satisfied and continue serving them effectively.”
