Ramon van den Heuvel on moving beyond limitations and accessing shared expertise

As Managing Director of XINNO, a company specialising in IT services for legal professionals, Ramon van den Heuvel wasn’t driven by size. He was driven by quality—and a clear need to evolve.
“At a certain point, you start feeling the urge to do more than you are currently capable of,” Ramon says. “I had a strong desire to grow—not necessarily in size, but in terms of making the organisation more professional.”
