Constant IT, a Managed Service Provider (MSP) with a focus on the Microsoft Cloud, will become part of TSH, one of the fastest growing MSP organizations in the Netherlands. Constant IT will remain as a leading name in its existing form, and thanks to the acquisition it will gain access to the knowledge and experience of TSH and the already affiliated TSH Brands.

TSH is spreading its wings in a new market segment with the launch of TICTS (Total ICT Solutions). TICTS fuses ambitious ICT & Telecom organizations into a solid one-stop-shop proposition for SMEs. TICTS is off to a flying start with the acquisition of Westers. Nils Vermeulen, Managing Director of Score Utica (part of TICTS) will lead TICTS as General Manager.

You can tell from everything that John Reynders is eagerly waiting. As of September 1, he will be the new CEO of TSH. He is very enthusiastic about the company, which is as ambitious as he is.
