Your.Cloud has completed the acquisition of CIP Solutions and NXT GEN ICT, two Dutch IT service providers. The move further strengthens Your.Cloud’s position in the Netherlands and marks the next step in its ambition to become the country’s leading managed services platform.
CIP Solutions and NXT GEN ICT are full-service IT providers serving SMEs. The companies have a strong presence in the Amsterdam, Rotterdam and The Hague regions, while supporting customers across the Netherlands from their offices in Mijdrecht, Rotterdam and Vlijmen. Together, CIP Solutions and NXT GEN ICT provide organisations with services including managed workplace services, cyber security, connectivity, hosting, hardware, and managed print and document solutions.
Both CIP Solutions and NXT GEN ICT will continue to operate under their existing brand names and leadership. According to Philip de Jong (Owner and Managing Director CIP Solutions) and Mick de Bruin (Managing Director NXT GEN ICT) joining Your.Cloud will create additional opportunities for both customers and employees.
