What does the path to joining Your.Cloud look like?

Getting to know each other

Our journey most of the times starts with a cup of coffee to get to know each other. You can share your vision for your company, and we can outline how we can help you achieve that. If we both feel there's a fit, we'll move on to the next step.

Assessment & indicative offer

A business isn't just made up of visions and ambitions, the numbers matter. We invest in companies that are already in good shape, to help them become great. So we'll set up a virtual data room where we can safely exchange information, and we'll work out in what way our investment can best benefit all parties involved.

Letter of Intent

If all the numbers check out, our visions align and all parties involved have faith in a positive outcome we sign a Letter of Intent. From that point we are committed to each other to make the deal work and we can start focussing on the details.

Due Diligence

To get a good understanding of what makes your business tick and what we can further add to make it flourish, the due diligence is perhaps one of the most extensive and detail oriented stages of the deal. We'll take a closer look at the details of your business to see if all the assumptions made in our offer and Letter of Intent check out. The outcome of the due diligence is the foundation for our joined future.

Signing and closing

Once we reached final agreement on all the details, we can sign and close the deal. This is where the coffee turns into champagne, and the starting point of a great new chapter in your entrepreneurial life. But, it is only the beginning!

PR and communications

There are lot of people we need to tell about this great new venture of ours. While working towards the closing, we have already been preparing press releases and a media kit. You can tell your customers, your employees and other partners that you've joined Your.Cloud, and can't wait to start building a new future with us!

Onboarding

Things are moving fast now. After the news breaks we are starting the onboarding process. We will host a town hall meeting where your people can meet the Your.Cloud team and ask them everything they want to know about us. Then starts the so called 100-day program: a detailed step by step process of aligning processes and connecting the right people to our Your.Cloud Community Leads to help get you on boarded as soon as possible.

Time to grow

During the Due Diligence and the 100-day program we will have had time to assess in what way we can best help you take the next step. That might mean introducing you to our playbooks, help you with process optimisations or get to leveraging our economy of scale to benefit your bottom line. This is it, this the time to grow. This is the time to build to last.
