Your.Cloud has acquired Cloud Geeni, a UK managed service provider supporting SMEs with managed IT support, cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity services. The addition expands Your.Cloud’s presence in the UK and adds further depth to its capabilities for small and medium-sized businesses.
Across Europe, Your.Cloud brings together entrepreneurial IT businesses that remain locally led while benefiting from shared expertise, investment and scale. The group now includes more than 40 companies, employs around 1,600 people and serves more than 25,000 customers.
Built on more than 30 years of technology heritage through the Key Computers family, Cloud Geeni has developed a strong position in the UK SME market. Following the acquisition, founder Jonathan Heaton will step away from the business, while Cloud Geeni will continue to operate under its existing name with its established team in place and support from Your.Cloud.
