Your.Cloud is further strengthening its position in primary care with the acquisition of Danthas ICT, a specialist IT partner for GP practices, pharmacies and other healthcare organisations. By joining Your.Cloud, Danthas ICT gains access to broader expertise, capacity and innovation power within the Your.Cloud platform, while customers continue to benefit from the trusted team and personal approach they know from Drachten. In line with Your.Cloud’s decentralised operating model, Danthas ICT will continue to operate under its own name. The team will also remain unchanged and continue working from the office in Drachten.
Founded in 1994, Danthas ICT has grown into an established ICT partner for the primary care sector. The company supports GP practices, pharmacies and SMEs, and is particularly active in North Holland, Utrecht, Flevoland, Friesland and Groningen.
Its team of more than twenty ICT professionals brings deep knowledge of the healthcare market and broad experience with virtually all commonly used GP information systems. This combination of technical expertise, personal service and proactive support has formed the foundation of Danthas ICT’s growth. Today, this approach is also increasingly valued by a growing group of SME customers.
For customers, the move brings the best of both worlds: the trusted relationship with their regular points of contact remains intact, while Danthas ICT can accelerate its development in areas such as security, cloud, automation and the responsible use of AI.
Ane Schaap, Managing Director and Owner of Danthas ICT, is pleased with the next step for Danthas ICT. According to him, joining Your.Cloud creates new opportunities for customers and employees, without losing the identity of Danthas ICT.
