Your.Cloud, one of Europe's fastest-growing managed services platforms, has completed the acquisition of Pure Cloud Solutions, a Tamworth-based IT and telecoms provider serving businesses across the West Midlands and beyond. The move marks a significant important step in Your.Cloud's strategy to build a leading managed services platform across the UK and Europe.
Your.Cloud operates across more than 40 businesses in multiple European countries, with approximately 1,500 employees and annual turnover exceeding €350 million. Its model is built around partnering with strong, locally-rooted managed service providers — businesses that retain their own identity, name, and client relationships while benefiting from shared expertise, resource, and scale across the group.
Pure Cloud Solutions is a natural fit for that model. Founded in 1990 by Martin and Darren Lake and now led by CEO Jamie Lake, the business has grown from its roots in telephony and structured cabling into a full-service provider of cloud, connectivity, and managed IT solutions — serving clients across the West Midlands for over 30 years. The business will continue to operate independently under its existing name, team, and leadership.
